Booked a private room 19 August. + It's private room, everything table tennis related was working properly, good rackets. Now the negatives: - The button to track score didn't work properly, often missing clicks, double clicking or sticking. - The default background music was way too loud and there was no way to adjust volume or turn it off. The only solution was to connect our phone to the sound system through Bluetooth and play our own music. The problem is that if our music was too quiet the system just plays the default music instead. This was the most annoying part of the whole visit. - The "Ping pong robot" is actually additional $15 (or 25) for non members, and we had no idea about this when we booked the room. The whole reason why we booked the private room was for the robot, but nowhere did it say that the robot would be extra when we booked the room. This was also disappointing and felt like a mis-advertisement. Overall the whole visit experience was okay, but could be much better

My parents and I had an absolutely fantastic time at Pingpod! We signed up for the 6–8 PM open play session and were thrilled to meet three other avid players who made the games competitive and enjoyable. What really sets this place apart is the incredible organization. The electronic monitors to track points and serving order were outstandingβ€”no more arguing over who's serving or what the score is! Everything ran smoothly, which let us focus entirely on the game. The equipment was also top-notch. There were plenty of balls and paddles available, plus convenient nets to scoop up stray balls without bending over constantly. The two restrooms and lockers were spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. A huge bonusβ€”we got video replays of our matches! It was so much fun to watch our rallies afterward and see where we could improve. Overall, Pingpod is a brilliantly run facility with abundant supplies, great technology, and a welcoming atmosphere. It's the perfect way to play ping pong and meet new people. We'll definitely be back!

David is a great coach. He quickly identified my mistakes and weaknesses and worked with me to overcome those. I highly recommend PingPod to anyone who is looking to improve and practice with highly skilled coaches.

PingPod is building a great community here in Cambridge / Boston! The open plays and leagues are a fun and effective way to meet a variety of people to play with. I've made a bunch of new friends and have improved my ping pong skills a lot as well. Highly recommend talking to David if you run into him - he's a great coach and doing an excellent job running the events.
